Employees Must: 

• Be a citizen of Canada or Mexico 
• Have a job offer from a U.S. employer in a TN-eligible profession 
• Meet the educational or experience requirements for the position (bachelor’s degree, certifications, or equivalent work experience) 

• Fast Processing Times – TN visas can be approved in as little as one day for Canadian applicants at the port of entry
