Marjorie’s journey with Attorney Ingrid Perez began as a Legal Assistant at her previous firm, where she quickly advanced to the role of Office Manager. This progression enabled her to support Attorney Perez in shaping IBP Immigration Law into what it is today.
Marjorie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Valencia College. She is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics, furthering her expertise in operational strategy and data-driven decision-making. A former member of Phi Alpha Delta and Phi Delta Phi, a legal honor society, she is committed to upholding high standards of legal professionalism.
With over six years of experience in administration, Marjorie drives operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Her marketing experience began at Ingrid’s previous firm, creating client-facing content and supporting online engagement, and has expanded significantly at IBP Immigration Law, where she fully manages social media, creates content, and runs performance reports. Marjorie’s personal immigration experience as a Cuban immigrant who arrived in the U.S. through the visa lottery program in 2005 also informs her empathetic approach to serving clients navigating the immigration process.
Currently residing in Maui, HI, with her significant other, Marjorie balances her professional dedication with personal passions. She enjoys listening to music, reading from her personal library of over 300 books, and spending time with family. She is passionate about continuously learning new skills to enhance her role.
