Ben Hughes

Ben Hughes is a Case Manager supporting the firm’s high-skilled immigration visa team, assisting with case preparation, legal research, and the drafting of immigration briefs and petitions. He earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in English from Tulane University, graduating summa cum laude and receiving the Henry Clay Stier Award for the highest GPA among Tulane’s English graduate students.

Ben has worked in immigration law since 2024 and has experience preparing EB-2 NIW, EB-1, and O-1 petitions, as well as drafting responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs). His work focuses on synthesizing complex client qualifications and research backgrounds into clear, persuasive legal arguments tailored to each client’s unique goals and future plans.

Known for his strong writing, editing, and analytical skills, Ben places great emphasis on the careful and thoughtful preparation of every case. He believes that each petition deserves individualized attention and that taking the time to refine a legal brief is essential to presenting the strongest possible case for clients seeking opportunities in the United States.
